Affected Products:
- Dell Encryption v10.x and Later
- Absolute v944 and Earlier
The encryption status field is reported as not detected and the encryption product name is empty when using Dell Encryption v10.x and later, and using Absolute v944 and earlier.

Resolution
Absolute has resolved this issue in version v7.8 of the Absolute agent. The latest version of the agent can be downloaded from Absolute’s website at https://cc.absolute.com/Pages/ng/app/administration/agent_version .
