Symptoms

Tijdens de IDPA-implementatie geeft het configuratiescherm de volgende fout weer:

"ACM hostname does not match with the DNS entry for ACM IP address {0}. Refresh the page after correcting ACM hostname."

Cause

ACM wordt vermeld met Private IP voor Eth1-interface in plaats van Public. 

Resolution

Wijzig eth1 op ACM in openbaar IP-adres en eth2 in privé-IP op ACM.

Start de WebApp-service opnieuw op ACM: 

  1. Maak verbinding met ACM met putty als root
  2. Start de WebApp-service opnieuw: 
service dataprotection_webapp restart
  1. Wacht 15 minuten voordat u zich weer aanmeldt bij ACM en zou moeten zien dat de fout niet langer aanwezig is.
