Symptoms

ユーザーはNMCにログインできず、次のメッセージが表示されます。There is a problem contacting the server, backupservername . Please verify that the server is running.
Cause
NetWorkerサーバーJAVA 1.7
非NetWorkerホストJAVA 1.7
Resolution
Web接続に使用する非NetWorkerホストでJAVAをアップグレードします。
この場合、JAVA を 1.8 にアップグレードするだけで十分でした
これにより、古いバージョンのJAVAを使用している他のJava対応アプリケーションが破損する可能性があります。
たとえば、VNX Brocadeスイッチのユーザー インターフェイスなどです。
