Firmware 6.3.0.1 introducerede en ny kommando "ip http timeout-policy" og afskrev kommandoen "exec-timeout 0". Firmware 6.3.0.1 og nyere tillader ikke uendelige timeouts. For at tillade maksimale timeouts i firmware 6.3.0.1 og nyere skal du køre:
console(config)#ip http timeout-policy idle 3600 life 86400
For at undgå timeouts i firmware 6.1.x.x til 6.2.x.x skal du køre:
