Symptoms

Lo switch è in esecuzione su NX-OS 9.4.1a.

L'output del comando users visualizza un timestamp errato, come mostrato di seguito:

Cause

Ciò è dovuto a un CSCWK43183 con ID difetto Cisco che interessa NX-OS 9.4.1a.

Resolution

In NX-OS versione 9.4(1a), l'output di show users visualizza in modo coerente il 1° gennaio insieme alla differenza di orario da UTC in base al fuso orario configurato.

Dal momento che la show users l'output visualizza un timestamp errato, il show accounting log È possibile controllare il timestamp di accesso più recente per l'utente amministratore.

Soluzione alternativa: 
When a user logs in to the switch on SSH, accounting log records the login of the user as below:
<timestamp> :type=start:id=10.138.65.80@pts/1:user=admin:cmd=
 
When a user logs into the switch on console, accounting log records the login of the user as below:
<timestamp> :type=start:id=console0:user=admin:cmd=
 
To view the last logged in time for a user named "admin", run the below command:
 # show accounting log | grep "start.*admin" | tail lines 1

Correzione:
Eseguire l'upgrade alla versione NX-OS 9.4.2.

After downgrading the switch from version 9.4.1a to 9.3.2a, the timestamps displayed by the 'show users' command are now correct.

Nota:
Prima di eseguire un aggiornamento alla versione 9.4.2, verificare se TACACS è utilizzato come protocollo di autenticazione negli switch.
  • In caso affermativo, i CSCWK14579 difettosi Cisco potrebbero causare errori di autenticazione dopo l'aggiornamento alla versione 9.4.2. Pertanto, disabilitare TACACS ed eseguire l'aggiornamento del firmware. Quindi abilitare la configurazione TACACS.
  • Se gli switch non utilizzano TACACS per l'autenticazione, è possibile eseguire l'aggiornamento alla versione 9.4(2) senza problemi.
