Symptoms

  • 클라이언트 시스템에는 4개의 NetWorker 인터페이스가 있으며 각 인터페이스에는 고유한 호스트 이름이 할당됩니다.

where: hostsn0 is the primary interface's host name

Cause

NetWorker Client 리소스 이름과 클라이언트 시스템의 실제 호스트 이름 간에 충돌이 발생합니다.

Resolution

  • NetWorker Server 및 Lockbox에서 클라이언트 리소스를 삭제합니다.

NMC 사용자 인터페이스에서 Protection 탭으로 이동하여 클라이언트를 삭제합니다.

SAP HANA 클라이언트 삭제  

서버 탭에서 Lockbox를 삭제합니다. - Lockbox.

SAP HANA 클라이언트 Lockbox 삭제  

  • 클라이언트 시스템의 기본 호스트 이름을 사용하여 클라이언트 리소스를 생성합니다. 다음 창에서 클라이언트 구성을 완료하는 데 필요한 정보를 제공합니다.

SAP HANA 클라이언트 다시 생성

  • 백업을 재시도합니다.
