Symptoms

  • 用戶端機器有四個 NetWorker 介面，每個介面都指派唯一的主機名稱。

where: hostsn0 is the primary interface's host name

Cause

Resolution

  • 從 NetWorker 伺服器和加密箱刪除用戶端資源。

在 NMC 使用者介面中，前往保護標籤以刪除用戶端。

刪除 SAP HANA 用戶端  

刪除伺服器標籤 - Lockbox 中的加密箱。

刪除 SAP HANA 用戶端加密箱  

  • 使用用戶端機器的主要主機名稱建立客戶機資源。在接下來的視窗中提供所需的資訊，以完成用戶端配置。

重新建立 SAP HANA 用戶端

  • 重試備份。
