Selv om feil "Feil: 5009-filecopy operasjonen mislyktes (nfs: I/O error)" er en generell feil for Data Domain-problemer. Det er behov for flere undersøkelser av datadomenet for å finne den underliggende årsaken.

I dette tilfellet oppsto problemet fordi kryptering ikke ble konfigurert på samme måte på datadomener for kilde og mål.
