Symptoms

執行 VMware ESXi 適用的 Dell System Update （DSU） 2.0.0 時，在清查階段會發生下列錯誤：

Inventory file not found - /scratch/opt/dell/dell_dup/inv.xml
Progress report is available at:/scratch/opt/dell/dell_dup/DSU_STATUS.json
Exiting DSU!

Cause

這是由 DSU 嘗試執行 VMware ESXi 不支援的清查收集器模組所導致。適用於 ESXi 的 DSU 2.0.0 必須一律在「passthough」模式會直接從 iDRAC 收集韌體清查，而非從作業系統上執行的清查收集器模組。

Resolution

在本機主控台、透過 SSH 或其他 DSU 例項遠端執行任何 DSU 方法時，請務必新增下列命令列選項： 
--use-idrac-passthrough --source-type=REPOSITORY
