VMware ESXi용 DSU(Dell System Update) 2.0.0을 실행하는 경우 인벤토리 단계에서 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

Cause

이 문제는 DSU가 VMware ESXi에서 지원되지 않는 Inventory Collector 모듈을 실행하려고 시도하기 때문에 발생합니다. ESXi용 DSU 2.0.0은 항상 "passthough" 모드를 사용하면 운영 체제에서 실행되는 Inventory Collector 모듈 대신 iDRAC에서 직접 펌웨어 인벤토리를 수집할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

로컬 콘솔에서, SSH를 통해 또는 다른 DSU 인스턴스에서 원격으로 VMware ESXi 호스트에서 DSU 메서드를 실행할 때는 항상 다음 명령줄 옵션을 추가합니다. 
--use-idrac-passthrough --source-type=REPOSITORY
