Solução de problemas do trabalho de atualização de firmware ao usar o catálogo on-line da Dell.

  1. Faça log-in na interface do usuário da Web do OpenManage Enterprise.
  2. Passe o mouse sobre Monitor e clique no link Jobs para verificar o histórico de trabalhos, inclusive trabalhos de atualização de firmware. 
  3. Para visualizar os detalhes de um trabalho, clique em Trabalho e, em seguida, clique em Verificar Detalhes à esquerda.
  4. Os detalhes do trabalho estão disponíveis. Por exemplo, uma atualização de firmware fornece detalhes sobre se o arquivo apropriado pode ser baixado do site on-line da Dell. Uma entrada secundária é exibida para a atualização de trabalho do OpenManage Enterprise para o DRAC. 
  • Se um trabalho contiver várias atualizações de firmware, mostrará os trabalhos DRAC correspondentes para cada atualização.
  • Dependendo de qual trabalho do OM Enterprise apresenta falha, ele indica se deve solucionar problemas de acesso ao Catálogo on-line da Dell ou aspectos empresariais e DRAC do OM.
