Symptoms

  • FLR이 수행되고 있는 VM(Virtual Machine)에 하드 디스크가 추가되어 분리되었습니다.
  • NetWorker VMware Protection 통합은 vProxy 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다.
  • NetWorker 19.7.0.x(vProxy 4.3.0-22) 이상
  • 가상 머신(VM) FLR 복원이 환경에서 수행되고 있으며 아래 오류와 함께 실패합니다.

VM에는 분할되지 않은/포맷된 디스크가 연결되어 있습니다.

운영 체제 명령을 사용하여 포맷되지 않은 디스크를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

해결 방법:

포맷되지 않은 디스크를 건너뛰기 위한 코드 수정이 릴리스되었습니다.

  • NetWorker 서버를 19.7.0.x 이상으로 업그레이드합니다.
  • vProxies를 4.3.0-29 이상으로 업그레이드합니다.

해결 방법:

NetWorker 19.7.x 및 vProxy 4.3.0-29 이전에 VM의 즉각적인 복구를 수행합니다. 그러면 Data Domain 시스템에서 VM의 임시(오프라인) 복제본이 생성됩니다. 필요한 디스크는 소스(온라인) VM에 NFS를 마운트하고 VM 운영 체제에서 복사할 수 있습니다. 이 프로세스는 다음 아래에 자세히 설명되어 있습니다. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/000158482
