Data Domain이 PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14에 추가되지 않고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

Data Domain SMS 로그(sms.info)에는 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다.  
WARNING: smu_services_verify_dhparam_file:454 DH PARAMETER file "/root/certs/dhparam.pem" doesn't exist.
ERROR: _sms_init_ssl_server_context:496:Error loading DH parameter file, DH parameter file doesn't exist

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager는 Data Domain에 /root/certs/dhparam.pem 파일이 있는 경우에만 SSL 핸드셰이크를 완료할 수 있습니다.

Resolution

Data Domain에서 파일 /root/certs/dhparam.pem을 재생성하려면 Dell PowerProtect Data Manager 지원에 문의하십시오.
