Symptoms

Data Domain non viene aggiunto a PowerProtect Data Manager 19.14 con il seguente errore.

I registri SMS di Data Domain (sms.info) mostrano il seguente messaggio di errore:  
WARNING: smu_services_verify_dhparam_file:454 DH PARAMETER file "/root/certs/dhparam.pem" doesn't exist.
ERROR: _sms_init_ssl_server_context:496:Error loading DH parameter file, DH parameter file doesn't exist

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager è in grado di completare l'handshake SSL solo quando il file /root/certs/dhparam.pem è presente in Data Domain.

Resolution

Contattare il supporto di Dell PowerProtect Data Manager per rigenerare il file /root/certs/dhparam.pem in Data Domain.
