Symptoms

来自 Dell Unity 阵列的 CSI 驱动程序的 API 请求过多可能会导致 SP 崩溃或管理服务保持关闭状态。

主机对 Unity 阵列进行连续的 REST API 调用，导致管理服务器忙于进行数千次调用。

由于大量 API 调用而发生 Dell Unity 管理问题。

 

Cause

较旧版本的 CSM Operator（低于版本 1.7）和 CSI Driver for Unity（低于版本 2.12）可能会生成过多的 API 请求，这可能会导致 SP 崩溃或管理服务保持关闭状态。

减少 REST API 调用的相关修复：

  • CSI 驱动程序 v2.12 — 默认情况下禁用运行状况监控（启用运行状况监控后，会使用 REST API 调用淹没阵列）
  • CSM Operator v1.7 — 身份验证 API 调用减少（从 v1.6.1 开始）

默认情况下，新版本会禁用运行状况监控（启用时，运行状况监控会向阵列发送大量 REST API 调用）

 

Resolution

解决方法：
重新启动管理服务或将管理服务故障切换到其他 SP 可使管理服务恢复联机并可用。

修复：
将适用于 Unity 和 CSM Operator 的 CSI 驱动程序升级到以下版本或更高版本：

  • CSI 驱动程序 v2.12
  • CSM作员 v1.7
