Symptoms

WWAN(Wireless Wide Area Network) 연결이 최대 절전 모드에서 다시 시작되거나 시스템이 부팅된 후 Windows 로그인 화면에서 자동으로 연결할 수 없습니다. 이 문제는 시스템이 Microsoft Active Direction Domain 서버에 연결된 경우에 발생합니다.

이 문제는 2단계 인증 Windows 로그인 옵션을 적용한 사용자에게 발생합니다. WWAN이 유일한 네트워크 연결인 경우 프로세스는 Windows에 로그인하지 않습니다.

Resolution

무선 광역 네트워크 드라이버 업데이트

Qualcomm 4G(Dell Wireless 5826e) WWAN 드라이버를 버전 1.0.14.23 이상으로 업데이트하면 이 문제가 해결됩니다. 드라이버(Dell Wireless 5826e 및 Qualcomm Snapdragon X12 펌웨어 및 GNSS/GPS 드라이버)는 "Modem/Communications" 아래에 있습니다.

이 드라이버는 Windows Update를 실행하는 경우에도 사용할 수 있습니다.
