Cause

依預設，Dell 加密會在執行啟動精靈後，加密所有掛接的硬碟磁片區和磁碟分割。如果復原分割區已掛接並加密，就無法再開機，而某些依賴分割區 （例如 Dell Backup and Recovery Manager） 的應用程式功能也無法運作。

Resolution

為確保復原分割區未加密，Dell 建議更新至最新版本的 Dell 加密。v8.11.0 中已提供保護，可防止這種情況發生。舊版的 Dell Data Protection 用戶端應利用下列排除專案，以確保未遇到此問題：
