Connectrix – MDS-serien Cisco: Så här skapar du en portkanal med CLI

Så här skapar du en portkanal på en Cisco-switch.
 

Steg 1: På switch1:

1. Skapa portkanalen.
   
   switch1# config terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line, ending with CNTL/Z.
switch1(config)# interface fc1/1, fc2/1
switch1(config-if)# channel-group 2
   
   fc1/1 fc2/1 har lagts till i portkanal 2 och inaktiverats.
   
   Gör samma operation på switchen i andra änden av portkanalen och gör sedan "ingen avstängning" i båda ändarna för att få upp dem.
   
   switch1(config-if)# switchport description "To switch2 PortChannel2"
    
2. Aktivera trunkning (TE) och ställ in listan över tillåtna VSAN på switch1.
   
   switch1# config terminal
switch1(config)# int port-channel 2
switch1(config-if)# switchport trunk mode on
switch1(config-if)# switchport trunk allowed vsan 1
switch1(config-if)# switchport trunk allowed vsan add 10

Steg 2: På switch2:

1. Skapa portkanalen på switch2, inklusive inställning av beskrivningen.
   
   switch2# config terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line, ending with CNTL/Z.
switch2(config)# interface fc1/1, fc2/1
switch2(config-if)# channel-group 2
   
   fc1/1 fc2/1 har lagts till i portkanal 2 och inaktiverats.
   
   Gör samma operation på switchen i andra änden av portkanalen och gör sedan "ingen avstängning" i båda ändarna för att få upp dem.
   
   switch2(config-if) # switchport description "To switch1 PortChannel2"
    
2. Aktivera trunkning (TE) och ställ in listan över tillåtna VSAN på switch1.
   
   switch2# config terminal
switch2(config)# int port-channel 2
switch2(config-if)# switchport trunk mode on
switch2(config-if)# switchport trunk allowed vsan 1
switch2(config-if)# switchport trunk allowed vsan add 10

Steg 3: Aktivera gränssnitten för att öppna portkanalen:

1. Omkopplare 1:
   
   switch1# config terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line, ending with CNTL/Z.
switch1(config)# interface fc1/1, fc2/1
switch1(config-if)# no shut
 
2. Omkopplare 2:
   
   switch2# config terminal
Enter configuration commands, one per line, ending with CNTL/Z.
switch2(config)# interface fc1/1, fc2/1
switch2(config-if)# no shut

Steg 4: Kontrollera att portkanalen har öppnats:

switch1# show interface port-channel 2
port-channel 2 is trunking
Port description is To switch2 PortChannel2

Admin port mode is E, trunk mode is on

Portkanaler möjliggör aggregering av flera FC- eller FCIP-länkar till en enda, feltolerant FC- eller FCIP-ISL med högre hastighet. Den har samma konfigurationsalternativ som en Single Link FC eller FCIP ISL så långt konfigurationen görs.
