Dell FluidFS: SMB 3.1.1を使用してWindows 10 v1903にアップデートした後に共有にアクセスできない

SMB 3.1.1を使用しているWindowsクライアントは、Windows 10バージョン1903にアップデートした後、SMB共有にアクセスできなくなります。

この問題は、FluidFSバージョン6.0.300135以前のバージョンではサポートされていないSMB 3.1.1で検出される2つのネゴシエーション コンテキストが原因で発生します。

エラーの特定

エラーは、次のエラー メッセージで特定できます。

• SMB共有へのアクセス中に、クライアントに次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。 

  Windows cannot access "\\servername" check the spelling.... Error code 0x80004005 Unspecified error

   
• Windowsイベント ビューアーに次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

  The server does not support any dialect that the client is trying to negotiate, such as the client has SMB2/SMB3 disabled and the server has SMB1 disabled.

   
• 汎用命名規則(UNC)パスを使用している場合:

  0x80070043 Network name cannot be found

• ネットワーク トレースのエラー メッセージ：

  STATUS_INVALID_PARAMETER

   

メモ: SMBクライアントは、パラメーターの値に従って適切なダイアレクトをネゴシエートするために、すべてのSMBサーバー共有を切断する必要があります。

 
FluidFS バージョン MR640 は、この問題に対処しています。サポートに問い合わせて、この記事を参照してください。

1. Dell Storage Managerにアクセスします。 
2. [クライアントのアクセシビリティー]に移動
3. ［プロトコル］タブを選択します
4. ［SMBプロトコル設定の編集］を選択します
5. ［SMBv3プロトコル］の横にあるボックスのチェックを外します
6. ［OK］をクリックして、設定を保存します

 メモ: 最大ダイアレクトのSMB 3.1.1が必要な場合は、Windows 10バージョン1903またはWindows Serverバージョン1903のインストールを以前の一般利用可能(GA)バージョン(1803)に戻します。
