You may encounter issues while trying to activate Windows 10 after re-installing the operating system on your computer that you have not encountered before. Activation issues can arise for various reasons:
- Internet Connectivity or an outage (Network driver not native to system, power outage locally etc.)
- Hardware change in the computer
- Incorrect OS Version
Microsoft has developed an on-line troubleshooter for Windows Activation issues.
