如果 阿拉伯语 是 SupportAssist OS Recovery Tool 中的选定语言，并且将媒体 密钥 和阿拉伯语作为受支持的语言进行离线重置，则重置过程将失败。

Cause
在 5.5.0.16041 版本的 Dell/Alienware SupportAssist OS Recovery Tool中，选定的语言代码将根据介质密钥中位于离线模式的操作系统文件支持的语言列表进行检查。
如果找不到匹配项，则会引发不受支持的语言的例外情况，从而使重置过程失败。
Resolution
如果用户想要重置操作系统语言并选择为阿拉伯语：
- 通过选择 Dell/Alienware SupportAssist OS Recovery Tool 语言作为 英语执行离线重置。
- 重置完成后， 引导 至 Windows。
- 转至 Windows 中的 语言设置 。
- 将 Windows 显示语言 更改为 阿拉伯语。
- 如果语言包 不可用，请连接到互联网，从 Microsoft 商店 下载语言包并选择它作为显示语言。
