iDRAC에 로그인한 후 두 노드가 모두 정상이고 녹색입니다. 
ERCS(Emergency Recovery Console Server)에 대한 iDRAC 구성에는 변경 사항이 없습니다.


Cause

1. 이 경고는 노드의 물리적 성능 저하 또는 네트워크 전반의 노드 연결 문제를 반영할 수 있습니다.
2. 이 경우와 같이 HealthAgent 서비스가 중지되거나 다운된 상태이기 때문일 수도 있습니다.

Resolution

1. 위의 경고가 표시되면 iDRAC에 로그인하여 서버의 하드웨어를 확인하십시오. 서버의 하드웨어 상태를 확인합니다. 
2. 모든 항목이 정상 하드웨어 상태인 경우 소프트웨어 상태가 감지되지 않을 수 있습니다.
  • 이 경우 PEP 세션에 로그인하고 유리를 깨서 각 노드의 상태를 확인합니다.

  • PowerShell 명령줄에서 상태가 "중지됨"인 경우 아래 명령을 사용하여 수동으로 시작합니다 
icm node-X {start-service healthagent -verbose}
  • start-service 명령을 실행한 후 "get-service" 명령을 다시 실행하여 상태 에이전트 서비스를 확인합니다.
icm node-X {get-service healthagent}
  • 5분 정도 기다렸다가 관리 포털을 새로 고칩니다. 관련 경고는 자동으로 지워야 합니다.

참고: PEP 세션을 열 수 없는 경우, 스케일 노드를 드레이닝하고, 중지하고, 시작하고, 다시 시작하여 효과적으로 다시 부팅할 수 있습니다. 그러면 부팅 시 서비스가 시작됩니다.
