Symptoms

Per annullare la registrazione, accedere a Unisphere for PowerMax > Settings > Management > Secure Connect Gateway e cliccare su Unregister.

La registrazione visualizzata in Unisphere for PowerMax è obsoleta e si è bloccata in qualche modo.

  • Fermarsi SMAS
  • Rinominare o eliminare il .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json file
  • Inizio SMAS

Procedura per diverse varianti di Unisphere for PowerMax:

In Windows: Accedere al services.msc:

  • Fermarsi Servizio Symmetrix Management Application Server
  • Rinominare o eliminare il ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json file
  • Inizio Servizio Symmetrix Management Application Server

In alternativa, utilizzando la riga di comando di Windows:

  • Net stop EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server
  • Rinominare o eliminare il ...\EMC\SMAS\jboss\standalone\data\esrs\esrs.json file
  • Net start EMC Symmetrix Management Application Server

In Linux:

  • systemctl stop u4p.service
  • Rinominare o eliminare il .../opt/emc/SMAS/jboss/standalone/data/esrs/esrs.json file
  • systemctl start u4p.service

Per Unisphere for PowerMax 10.x integrato, questa operazione deve essere eseguita dal back-end dal supporto, quindi inviare una richiesta di assistenza al team di supporto Dell Technologies PowerMax.
