웹 GUI를 시작할 때 Connectrix SANnav 오류 발생

Summary: 새로 설치한 후 SANnav 관리 포털 GUI 액세스 문제 이 웹 브라우저는 너무 오래되어 웹 콘솔을 실행할 수 없습니다 ( selector(:is(): where()) 누락) 보안, 안정성 및 성능을 위해 최신 브라우저가 필요합니다.

Symptoms

VMware 어플라이언스
OS에 설치된 SANnav 버전 2.3.0은 Rocky Linux RHEL 8.6입니다.

아래 문제 해결 단계를 시도했습니다.

1) 최신 브라우저 버전을 다운로드하고 브라우저 캐시를 지웠습니다.
2) Safari 17.6, Firefox 130, Chrome 128.0.6613.120 및 Edge 128.0.2739.63
과 같은 여러 브라우저가 있는 여러 워크스테이션에서 시도했습니다. 3) 동일한 브라우저의 다른 웹 페이지가 제대로
작동합니다. 4) IP와 호스트 이름을 사용하여 SANnav를 시작하려고 시도했지만 동일한 오류가 발생했습니다.

Cause

SANnav 서비스를 확인하여 오류가 없는지 또는 제대로 설치되지 않았는지 확인합니다.

[root@DTEKSANNAV1 bin]# ./check-sannav-status.sh
SANnav Management Portal is not installed on the system. Exiting.
 
[root@DTEKSANNAV1 sannav_support_data]# ./generate-sannav-support-data
SANnav Management Portal is not installed on the system. Exiting.
 
[root@DTEKSANNAV1 sannav_support_data]# firewall-cmd --list-all
FirewallD is not running

Resolution

서버를 재부팅하고 SANnav를 다시 설치합니다.
