Symptoms

安裝在 VMware 裝置
作業系統上的 SANnav 2.3.0 版是 Rocky Linux RHEL 8.6。

嘗試下列故障診斷步驟：

1）下載最新的瀏覽器版本，清除瀏覽器緩存。
2） 在具備多種瀏覽器的多個工作站上嘗試 - Safari 17.6、Firefox 130、Chrome 128.0.6613.120 和 Edge 128.0.2739.63
3） 同一瀏覽器中的其他網頁工作正常
4） 嘗試使用 IP 和主機名稱啟動 SANnav，相同的錯誤。

Cause

檢查 SANnav 服務，確認沒有錯誤，或是否未正確安裝。

FirewallD is not running

Resolution

重新開機伺服器並重新安裝 SANnav
