Symptoms
- Save set complete writing to device, but the history processing of the index stays running with "nsrdmpix" process using 100% CPU.
- There could be a core dump generated by "nsrdmpix" process and found under the "/nsr/cores" folder in the NetWorker Install directory.
- Backup could be halted and timeout.

Cause
- Save set path contains directory with files count exceeding one million(1,000,000)
- Isilon has a limitation of maximum one million(1,000,000) files under any directory.
- Isilon has a limitation of maximum one million(1,000,000) files under any directory.
Resolution
Split directory files into new folders to reduce file count to a maximum of 1 million.
