使用 Windows 一键重置重新安装作系统：
- 在开始菜单中，键入“重置此 PC”，然后在系统设置中选择重置此 PC 。
- 在恢复选项下，单击重置 PC。
- 在 保留我的文件 或 删除所有内容之间进行选择。
提醒：尝试修复作系统时， 保留我的文件 选项是最简单的选项。如果您准备出售或以其他方式更改设备的所有权，请使用 全部删除 。
- 按照屏幕上的说明完成作系统的刷新。
