Cause

Em plataformas baseadas em DDVE, os discos são monitorados pelo PowerEdge RAID Controller (PERC) subjacente e pelo iDRAC Lifecycle Controller.

  • Qualquer falha de disco, falha ou falha preditiva detectada por esses componentes é transmitida para a pilha virtual (hardware → ESXi → DDVE).
  • Em seguida, o sistema gera o alerta correspondente.

Resolution

Substitua qualquer disco que relate uma falha de hardware ou uma falha preditiva.
Entre em contato com o Suporte Dell ou com seu provedor de suporte autorizado para agendar uma substituição.
