Symptoms

断続的なデータ コレクション ジョブの失敗が発生し、次のいずれかのステータス メッセージが報告されることがあります。

FAILURE, Running too long.

Cause

  • プライマリー ノード上のサービス コンテナのOOM状態が原因で、断続的なデータ コレクション ジョブの障害が発生する可能性があります。
  • Python 2 でのこのメモリ最適化とガベージコレクションの制限が問題を引き起こし、 service_serviceability と fireman 各データ収集ジョブで処理され、最終的にOOM状態が発生します。
  • この問題は、リモートsyslogサーバーが構成されている場合に発生する可能性が高くなりますが、環境または構成によっては発生する可能性もあります。

Resolution

この問題は、PowerStoreOS 4.1以降で対処されています。
