  5. Either:
    • Click Check for Updates to have our automated SupportAssist tool to update drivers for you.
    • Click Find drivers and go to Step 6.

  6. Select the Operating System that is installed on your computer using the drop-down menu under Operating system:

  8. Select the check-box to the left of one or more fingerprint drivers shown.

    • When a firmware is offered for your computer, download both the firmware and driver, and ensure to install the firmware first.

  11. Touch or click Close when you are enrolling only one finger. Touch or click Add another when you want to enroll another finger and then follow the prompts.
  1. Press and hold the Windows (Windows Key) key, and then press the q key.
  2. In the Search box type settings.
  3. In the search results list, touch or click Settings (App).
  4. Touch or click Accounts.
  5. In the Sign-in options section, touch or click Windows Hello Fingerprint.
  6. Touch or click Remove under Fingerprint.
