Resolution

  1. From the NetWorker Management Console (NMC) access the library under Devices->Libraries.
  2. Right-click the library and select Properties.
  3. Select the Timers tab and change the load sleep timer to a higher value. For example, if it is set to 5 (seconds), increase it to 60.
NOTE: If the "Timers" tab is not present in properties. Close the properties window, and ensure that View->Diagnostic Mode is enabled in the NMC. Once Diagnostic Mode is enabled, access the library properties again.
  1. Once the load sleep timer is updated, attempt to label.
