Instructions
Steps:

- Log in to the vCenter server using vSphere Client with administrator credentials.
- Go to vSAN cluster and click the Configure tab.
- In the Configure tab, click Update under vSAN section in the left pane.
- If the vCenter server can communicate with Internet, click Get latest version online.
- If vSAN Release Catalog fails to update, SSH to vCenter, login as root, and run
service-control --stop --all && service-control --start --all
Retest vSAN Skyline Health at Cluster>Monitor>vSAN>Skyline Health>Retest to ensure that the Warning is resolved. - If the vCenter server does not have a proxy and is unable to communicate with the Internet,
- Use this VMware KB to get the latest version https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?legacyId=58891
- Click Update from file to upload a local copy of vSAN HCL database file.
- Go to the vSAN cluster, retest the health by clicking Monitor >vSAN >Health >Retest.
