NetWorker: NetWorker Server Report Home 기능 구성

NetWorker Server 소프트웨어를 설치하면 Report Home 기능이 기본적으로 설정됩니다. Report Home을 사용하려면 NetWorker Server에 e-메일 기능이 필요합니다.
ConnectEMC와 마찬가지로 이 연결을 사용하면 NetWorker 소프트웨어의 이벤트가 기본 알림을 트리거할 때 EMC 지원 팀에 NetWorker 구성 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
기본 알림은 NSR RAP 속성 데이터가 포함된 이메일을 EMC 지원 부서로 전송합니다. 이메일에는 다른 정보나 클라이언트 데이터가 포함되지 않습니다.
Windows에서 Report Home 출력 파일의 기본 경로는 NetWorker_install_path\nsr\applogs\rh


에 있습니다. 참고: Report Home 또는 ConnectEMC를 사용할 수 있지만 동일한 정보를 서로 다른 방식으로 전달하므로 이러한 기능 중 하나만 활성화해야 합니다. NetWorker 릴리스 9.0 이상에서는 ConnectEMC를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. ConnectEMC에서 제공하는 구성 정보는 지원 엔지니어가 에스컬레이션을 해결하는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다.

보고서 홈 기능 활성화

Report Home 기능을 활성화하려면 nsradmin 인터페이스를 사용하여 SMTP 릴레이를 지원하는 메일 서버를 지정합니다.
절차
1. NetWorker Server에서 nsradmin 프로그램을 시작합니다.

# nsradmin
2.At the nsradmin prompt, type:

# print type: nsr report home
3.Edit the mail program attribute of the report home resource and type the name of the default mail server. For example, type: 

# update mail program: smtpmail -h mailserver
4.To review the resource configuration, type:

# print
5. To exit the nsradmin. program, type:

# quit

 

보고서 홈 보고 수동 실행

Report Home 보고서가 즉시 시작되고 예약된 시간 외에 실행되도록 구성하려면 nsradmin 인터페이스를 사용합니다.
1. NetWorker Server의 명령 프롬프트에서 nsradmin 프로그램을 시작합니다.
2. nsradmin 프롬프트에서 다음을 입력합니다.

# print type: NSR task; name: DefaultReportHomeTask
3.To edit the autostart attribute of the DefaultReportHomeTask resource and set it to start now, type:

# update autostart: start now
4.To review the resource configuration, type:

# print
5. To exit the nsradmin program, type:

# quit
 

보고서 홈 기능 비활성화

Report Home 기능을 비활성화하려면 nsradmin 인터페이스를 사용합니다.
1. NetWorker Server의 명령 프롬프트에서 nsradmin 프로그램을 시작합니다.
2. nsradmin 프롬프트에서 다음을 입력합니다.

# print type: NSR task; name: DefaultReportHomeTask
3. To edit the autostart attribute of the DefaultReportHomeTask resource and set it to Disabled, type:

# update autostart: Disabled
4. To review the resource configuration, type:

# print
5. To exit the nsradmin program, type:

# quit
 

Report Home 보고서에 대한 보낸 사람 e-메일 주소 및 추가 e-메일 수신자 지정

보낸 사람 이메일 주소 속성을 편집하여 회사 내부의 이메일 주소를 포함할 수 있습니다.

# update sender email address: my_email_address@domain.com

To edit the additional email recipients attribute and specify additional email recipients, type:

# update additional email recipients: my_email_address@domain.com
