ECS: DNS-palvelimen lisääminen tai poistaminen

Tärkeä huomautus: ECS:n toiminta riippuu suuresti asianmukaisesta DNS-selvityksestä. Jos DNS ei toimi oikein, seurauksena voi olla Data Unavailable (DU) -tila.

Varmista aina asia asiakkaalta ennen DNS-asetusten muuttamista.

Huomautus: Uusi ominaisuus on julkaistu xDoctor 4-8.104.0:ssa ja uudemmissa. Tämä on nyt automatisoitu xDoctorin avulla yrittääkseen nopeasti selvittää xDoctor RAP075 -virheiden mahdollisen syyn. Jos komentosarja ei pysty korjaamaan xDoctor RAP075 -virheitä, se antaa yksityiskohtaisen yhteenvedon havainnoistaan.

  1. Suorita automaatiokomento pääsolmusta, jossa on xDoctor 4-8.104.0 tai uudempi.  Tämä automaatio on valikkopohjainen, ja siinä on vahvistusvaiheet koko suorituksen ajan.

Huomautus: Seuraavat tarkistukset suoritetaan ennen uuden DNS-palvelimen IP-osoitteen lisäämistä:

    • Forward-DNS-haun vahvistaminen.
    • Tarkista käänteinen DNS-haku.
    • Tarkista ja näytä DNS-hakuristiriidat.

Jos komentosarja epäonnistuu:

IP-osoitteiden ja DNSSearchin lisääminen DNS-määrityksiin:

Käyttö setrackinfo -a määrittääksesi DNS-palvelimen. Toista komento jokaiselle DNS-palvelimelle asiakkaan toimipaikassa (tai erota välilyönnillä). 
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSServer <DNS_Server_IP>

Example:
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSServer x.x.x.x
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSServer y.y.y.y
or
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSServer x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
Käyttö setrackinfo -a määrittääksesi DNS-haun. Komento on suoritettava kerran jokaiselle spesifisimmälle tai vähiten tarkalle määrittelyjärjestykselle. 
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSSearch <DNS_Search_Specification>

Example:
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSSearch corp.dell.com
# sudo setrackinfo -a DNSSearch dell.com

IP-osoitteiden poistaminen DNS-määrityksistä:

Käyttö setrackinfo -d yhden tai useamman poistaminen luettelosta (koskee DNSServeriä tai DNSSearchia) 
Example:
# sudo setrackinfo -d DNSServer x.x.x.x y.y.y.y
