Instructions

As Intel is scheduled to discontinue manufacture of the CPUs which we have currently integrated into current Apollo appliances, all future Apollo platform appliances will use a newer set of CPUs . With the adoption of  these newer CPUs, into this platform, various other internal components also had to be updated to maintain compatibility.

The "Apollo" platform currently has two different models and possibly two different revisions for each model. Not all of the parts are interchangeable between models and revisions.


Both of these Apollo models can come in HW_REVISION=1 or HW_REVISION=2  aka:"jupiter"

Dispatches should be created based no the HW_REVISION and the components that correspond to each HW_REVISION
To determine what replacement parts should be dispatched, first verify which model and HW_REVISION you have.
