Du kan finde serienummeret på et VNXe-system på tre måder.

Valgmulighed 1: EMC Unisphere

  1. Log på EMC Unisphere-brugergrænsefladen.
  2. Gå til fanen Dashboard.
  3. Serienummeret findes under "Systemoplysninger" ud for Produkt-id/SN:

Valgmulighed 2: EMC Unisphere

  1. Log på EMC Unisphere-brugergrænsefladen.
  2. Gå til fanen System, og vælg Systemtilstand.
  3. Serienummeret findes under "Systeminfo" ud for produkt-id/SN:

Valgmulighed 3: Kommandolinje

  1. Åbn en SSH-session til VNXe.
  2. Log på med tjenestekontoens legitimationsoplysninger.
  3. Kør følgende kommando:
    svc_diag
    Eksempel: 
    service@(VNXe) spb:~> svc_diag

======== Now executing basic state ========
* System Friendly Host Name is: (VNXe)
* System Serial Number is: APM00110011001
* Current Software version: NeoMain-2.4.4.22283-MAGNUM-RETAIL
