Hay tres opciones para encontrar el número de serie en un arreglo VNXe.

Opción 1: EMC Unisphere

  1. Inicie sesión en la interfaz de usuario de EMC Unisphere.
  2. Vaya a la pestaña Dashboard.
  3. El número de serie se puede encontrar en "System Information" junto a Product ID/SN:

Opción 2: EMC Unisphere

  1. Inicie sesión en la interfaz de usuario de EMC Unisphere.
  2. Vaya a la pestaña Sistema y seleccione Estado del sistema.
  3. El número de serie se puede encontrar en "System Info" junto a Product ID/SN:

Opción 3: Línea de comandos

  1. Abra una sesión SSH en VNXe.
  2. Inicie sesión con la credencial de la cuenta de servicio.
  3. Ejecute el siguiente comando:
    svc_diag
    Ejemplo: 
    service@(VNXe) spb:~> svc_diag

======== Now executing basic state ========
* System Friendly Host Name is: (VNXe)
* System Serial Number is: APM00110011001
* Current Software version: NeoMain-2.4.4.22283-MAGNUM-RETAIL
