Sono disponibili tre opzioni per trovare il numero di serie su un array VNXe.

Opzione 1: EMC Unisphere

  1. Accedere all'interfaccia utente di EMC Unisphere.
  2. Passare alla scheda Dashboard.
  3. Il numero di serie si trova in "System Information" accanto a Product ID/SN:

Opzione 2: EMC Unisphere

  1. Accedere all'interfaccia utente di EMC Unisphere.
  2. Passare alla scheda System e selezionare System Health.
  3. Il numero di serie si trova in "System Info" accanto a Product ID/SN:
    Integrità del sistema EMC Unisphere

Opzione 3: Riga di comando

  1. Aprire una sessione SSH su VNXe.
  2. Accedere utilizzando le credenziali dell'account di servizio.
  3. Eseguire il seguente comando:
    svc_diag
    Esempio: 
    service@(VNXe) spb:~> svc_diag

======== Now executing basic state ========
* System Friendly Host Name is: (VNXe)
* System Serial Number is: APM00110011001
* Current Software version: NeoMain-2.4.4.22283-MAGNUM-RETAIL
