Problema: L'utente non proprietario non è in grado di visualizzare un bucket di proprietà di un altro utente anche se l'utente non proprietario dispone delle autorizzazioni di lettura/scrittura su tale bucket nel browser S3.

NOTA: Nessun problema. Il browser S3 funziona come previsto.

Risoluzione: L'utente non proprietario deve aggiungere il bucket esternamente nel browser S3. Come illustrato di seguito:

Scenario:
owner_user: Utente S3: ha anche autorizzazioni ACL impostate su guest_bucket.
owner_bucket: Bucket S3 di proprietà di owner_user
another_owner_bucket: Anche il bucket S3 è di proprietà di owner_user
guest_user: Bucket proprietario dell'utente S3 guest_bucket
guest_bucket: Bucket S3 di proprietà di guest_user

  1. Situazione attuale: owner_user impossibile vedere guest_bucket anche se le autorizzazioni ACL vengono concesse per la lettura e la scrittura.

  2. Per owner_user per poter visualizzare guest_bucket (di proprietà di un altro utente), guest_bucket deve essere aggiunto come bucket esterno.

  3. Quindi owner_user può visualizzare guest_bucket sul browser S3 ed eseguire operazioni di lettura/scrittura in base alle autorizzazioni ACL fornite.
