Microsoft 在 DataDomain 的較舊 DD OS 版本中，獨立 LDAP 驗證組態不支援 Windows LDAP。
在 7.6 之前的 DD OS 版本上：
1） 支援具有 OpenLDAP 和 Oracle LDAP 的 LDAP 驗證伺服器。
2） 支援透過 DDOS 管理指南中所述的「cifs 設定驗證」程序設定的 Windows Active Directory。
3） 同時支援本機使用者認證。
4） 不支援未使用 AD 驗證且Microsoft Windows 的獨立 LDAP。 （請在下方列出的 KB 中檢閱詳細資料）
在 DD OS 版本 7.6 和更新版本上。
1） 仍支援具有 OpenLDAP 和 Oracle LDAP 的 LDAP 驗證伺服器。
2） 支援透過 DDOS 管理指南中所述的「cifs 設定驗證」程序設定的 Windows Active Directory。
3） 同時支援本機使用者認證。
