Sådan indsamler du tekniske supportoplysninger fra Sannav
Sannav indsamle logfiler.


Fra SANnav-administrationsportalen:

  1. Klik på ikonet Indstillinger Tjenester >> SANnav understøtter dataindsamling.
  2. Klik på knappen Generer .
    • Dialogboksen Generer lagring af support vises.
  3. Vælg en af følgende muligheder for alternativknappen (for teknisk support den "fulde" knap), og klik på OK. Generer support  
  4. Indsamling af supportdata tager noget tid at generere. De genererede filer er angivet under Genererede supportdatafiler
    på siden Indsamling af supportdata.
    1. BEMÆRK: Knappen Generer er i deaktiveret tilstand, mens indsamlingen af supportdata er i gang.
  5. Indsamlingen af supportdata kan downloades fra den samme SANnav-supportdataindsamlingsside.
    1. Vælg den fil, der skal downloades, og klik på download-knappen.
    2.  Generer supportdata


Fra SANnav-serveren indtil 2.1.0 via CLI:
1. Skift mappe til mappen supportsave i installationsmappen:

[root@vm3124 bin]# ls

backuprestore  FileSplitter.sh                push-images.sh           replace-server-cert.sh         supportsave
dbsql          install-multi-node-server.sh   readme_FilesMerger.txt   restart-server.sh              tools
diag           install-single-node-server.sh  readme_FileSplitter.txt  start-server.sh                uninstall-server.sh
[root@vm3124 bin]# ls supportsave
corebackup  eventsbackup    gatherhostinfoinit  gatherthreaddumps  supportsave
dbsummary   gatherhostinfo  gatherlogs          historicalbackup
[root@vm3124 bin]#

2. run the supportsave script. (Note to collect the Logs and Database for technical troubleshooting.)
Example:
[root@vm3124 supportsave]# ./supportsave

SupportSave triggered to collect Logs and Database



3. Supportsave *.zip-filen findes i mappen supportsave, som findes under installationsmappen
Eksempel:

/SANnav/Portal_1.1.1_rc_bld51/supportsave

[root@vm3124 supportsave]# ls
temp  vm3124.gslabs.lab.emc.com-Full-03-27-2019-08-13-45.zip  vm3124.gslabs.lab.emc.com-MP-Full-03-27-2019-08-27-22.zip


Bemærk: Når indsamlingen af supportdata er afsluttet, vises filen også på SANnav-administrationsportalen.

4. Filen eller filerne kan derefter kopieres af serveren. (For eksempel med ftp eller med WinSCP.)
