APEX AIOpsの可観測性UIのAdmin>Settingsで、NOTIFICATIONSタブを選択します
登録済みシステムセクションまで下にスクロールし、選択したシステムのアップデートをクリックしてから、今後Eメール メッセージを受信しないシステムのチェックボックスをオフにします。
