VxRail: How to Update the VxRail Management Accounts Using the VxRail Plug-in in vCenter

Instructions
Starting on VxRail version 4.7.300, the VxRail vCenter plug-in has an option to update the management accounts that the VxRail appliance uses to connect to vCenter and the nodes.
For instance, to update the account using the VxRail plug-in, follow these steps (similar steps can be used to update the management account used to connect to nodes):
VxRail version is between 4.7.300 to 7.0.405:
- Ensure that the new password is working correctly. One way to check is to try to log in to vCenter using the management account.
- Open the VxRail dashboard in vCenter

Click the "Update Passwords" link:

Update the password:

Password is changed successfully:

VxRail version >= 7.0.410:

Open the VxRail plug-in system page:

Click "Update Passwords," and input the correct password.

The password is updated successfully.

VxRail version >= 8.0.210:
Method 1: After you updated the management account in vCenter or ESXi, use method1 to sync the password to the VxRail manager.

Open the VxRail plug-in security page.

Click "Update Passwords" and input the updated password.

The password is updated successfully.

Method 2: A new feature is introduced in VxRail 8.0.210, you do not have to go to vCenter to change the password, VxRail plug-in can update the password simultaneously to vCenter and VxRail manager.

Open the VxRail plug-in security page.

Click "EDIT" and add the correct password and new password.

The password is updated successfully.
