Dell UnityVSA Community Edition:
Anyone can get a free license after registering an account, which can be done by the same link.
Dell Technologies software license request form
Dell UnityVSA Professional Edition/Dell Unity Hybrid/Dell Unity All Flash arrays:
For all Dell Unity products except the Community Edition, a license must be purchased through Dell Sales (often in the sales order). Once a license is purchased, an email with the License Authorization Code (LAC) number is sent.
Follow the instruction on the email to activate of the license. Once activated, the license file (a text file with product and key details) can be downloaded anytime by the link provided in the email.

Note:
- The License Activation must be done with the user's account (it will not work over Dell credentials).
- The user's account should be registered to a Site ID where the Dell Unity is located.
