Instructions

  1. 选择Array。

  2. 单击屏幕顶部的 System 选项卡
    系统任务菜单

  3. 在 Service Tasks下，选择右下角 的 Manage ConnectEMC 。

  4. 输入以下信息

    • Email Priority：Primary
    • Email Server(SMTP)：Secure Remote Services GW IP 或客户 SMTP
    • Subject: CallHome Alert
    • Recipient Address：emailalert@emc.com
    • 发件人电子邮件地址：xyz@companydomain.com

  5. 应用更改（这需要大约一分钟）

  6. 应创建或应用模板 7.33.0.11

接下来，将客户信息输入到新创建的模板中。

  1. 将鼠标悬停在“系统”选项卡上

  2. 监测和警报选择 ->通知
    监视和警报

  3. 单击 Notification Templates 选项卡

  4. 进入工程模式 [CNTL+SHFT_F12] 并输入工程密码。

  5. 右键单击模板 7.33.0.11 并选择属性
    callhome template 7.33.0.11 并选择 Properties

  6. 确保选中 Explicit Events和 Combine Events for Storage System 。

  7. 单击 E-mail选项卡并输入客户信息

    • 电子邮件至：（客户电子邮件）
    • From：（其域上的电子邮件地址）
    • SMTP：其 SMTP IP
    • Subject: （客户可以选择此项）

  8. 单击模板底部的 Default Message

  9. 应用更改，然后单击确定。

要对 Dell Technologies 和客户执行测试事件，请执行以下步骤：

  1. 单击 分布式显示器 选项卡
    “分布式显示器”选项卡

  2. 按住 CNTRL 并选择 SPA 和 SPB。

  3. 右键单击 SPA，然后选择 Send Test Event。

  4. 确保客户收到电子邮件。

 

Additional Information

仅 VNX Block 系统运行代码 .215 或以后将通过 Secure Remote Services 网关直接从 SP 发送电子邮件。Secure Remote Services 网关使用 ConnectEMC 发送回 Call Home 警报。如果您与客户在 WebEx 中，则可以通过 Unisphere 配置 Dell 及其信息。
