Instructions

Process:

  1. Identificare il nodo in cui SDS o SDC verrà aggiunto al cluster.
  2. Installare la versione pertinente dell SDS o del driver SDC sul nodo.
  3. Installare l MSI dell SDS, accedere al cluster (MDM primario) ed eseguire il comando scli per aggiungere l SDS e i relativi dispositivi al dominio di protezione e al pool di storage pertinenti.
scli --add_sds --sds_ip <IPs> --device_path <devices> --sds_name <name> --protection_domain_name <protection domain name> --storage_pool_name <NAME>

 

  1. Installare SDC msi seguendo l'esempio riportato di seguito, in modo che questo nodo possa utilizzare lo storage dal SIO Cluster esistente.
msiexec /i <sdc_path.msi> MDM_IP=<IP of MDM 1>,<IP of MDM 2>,<IP of MDM 3>
