Instructions
1) Yhdistä Linux-isäntään ja kirjaudu sisään
2) Siirry hakemistoon, johon tallensit Unisphere Host Agent -asennustiedoston
# cd-hakemisto>
< Etsi Unisphere-asennustiedosto (Hostagent-Linux-x.x.x.rpm)
3) Asenna Host Agent -paketti
# rpm -ivh <Hostagent-tiedostonimi
>
4) Kun asennus on valmis, muokkaa agent.config-tiedostoa, joka sijaitsee /etc/Unispheressa
# vi /etc/Unisphere/agent.config
Hae #User Specification
Lisää seuraavat rivit agent.config-tiedostoon kohdassa user root
user system@<SPA IP>
user system@<SPB IP >
5) Käynnistä agentti
# /etc/init.d/hostagent start
6) Varmista, että agentissa on käynnissä
# ps -ef | grep agent
Now Host on valmis rekisteröitäväksi automaattisesti paikalliseen VNX-järjestelmään.
