VNX: De Unisphere Host Agent installeren en starten in een Linux-systeem

1) Maak verbinding met uw Linux-host en log in

2) Ga naar de map waar u het Unisphere-hostagentinstallatiebestand

# cd-map <>
hebt opgeslagen Zoek naar het Unisphere-installatiebestand ( Hostagent-Linux-x.x.x.rm)

3) Installeer het Host-agentpakket

# rpm -ivh <Hostagent-bestandsnaam

4) Wanneer de installatie is voltooid, bewerkt u het bestand agent.config dat zich bevindt in /etc/Unisphere

      # vi /etc/Unisphere/agent.config

Zoek naar #User Specification

Voeg de volgende regels toe aan het bestand agent.config onder user root

user system@<SPA IP>
user system@<SPB IP     >

5) Start de agent
# /etc/init.d/hostagent start

6) Zorg ervoor dat de agent #

ps -ef | grep agent

draait Nu is de host klaar om automatisch te worden geregistreerd in uw lokale VNX-systeem.
