自動使用者對應程序會將 Unix UID 和 Windows SID 對應在一起。這是通過將 UDS 中的使用者名與 AD 中的使用者名匹配來完成的。 使用 NFS 存取由 Unix 或原生存取原則設定的檔案系統時，Unix 使用者不必對應至對應的 Windows 使用者。
