Instructions
To raise an Avamar enhancement request, contact your local Dell pre-sales contact to discuss the requirement and gather your requirements. Pre-sales will submit an RFE for evaluation by Product Management.
An enhancement request is appropriate where the product does not have the functionality being requested.
If Avamar is not working as advertised, this may be more accurately described as a bug, and should be investigated through a technical support case.
Additional Information
Submission of an Request for Enhancement (RFE) does not guarantee that Product Management will accept the request.
If an RFE is accepted, Product Management will assess it against other Product requirements and consider it for development in a future release.
There is no guarantee that an RFE which has been accepted will be integrated into the product.
